HEMEL HEMPSTAD GAS WORKS
were not yet connected to the Nickey Line in 1887.
The Nickey Line ran on into Boxmoor Yard, (to the left of this map), but a fence divided the tracks of the two railway companies, LNWR and Midland Railway.
